Arholma Vit
No Gore-Tex. No velcro. No mass production. And no straps or strings dangling from every seam. Meet the Arholma – the last raincoat you will ever need.
Using the the finest craftsmanship, materials and details, the Arholma is a state of the art version of the traditional raincoat worn by generations of Swedish fishermen (and the occasional genius film director). It is hand sewn at our factory in Borås by one of our skilled seamstresses. To meet our high standards and to guarantee that every coat is 100% wind and water proof, every single seam is carefully sealed with tape. Finally, each coat is individually controlled, numbered and signed by the seamstress who has sewn it.
The Arholma Vit has the original dusty white nuance, with silver buttons and a concrete grey lining in the very best cotton. It has become really popular amongst both women and men and many say it looks even better after it has been used a couple of months without washing – the patina really makes this coat to a nice companion when it gets dark and dreary.
Arholma is made in a rubberized cotton fabric with an exclusive lining in cotton/viscose. It has ventilation gaps under the arms, two outside and two inside pockets. The handstitched seams are, of course, taped underneath in order to stay totally dry. The hood has a special shape which makes it easy to take a sideways glance while passing a crossing.
The raincoat is unisex with a fairly straight and slim fit. If often wearing a suit underneath, please consider sizing up. Keep in mind that the sizes are men's sizes. Please use our virtual size guide located next to the product. You can also get help from our size chart.
We do recommend our customers to strictly follow our care instructions to ensure product quality. If the garment is dirty or has stains first try using a wet cloth and soap. If stains don’t come out the garment may be machine washed in maximum 40 degrees only on the setting designed for delicate items. Do not use softener or bleach. Do not tumble dry, only dry the garment flat.
Usually we will deliver your order immediately but since some of our products are handmade in a small factory we might at some times run out of a specific size. Depending on the working pressure it can take up to four weeks for seamstresses to catch up.
Stutterheim offers free standard delivery on all orders worldwide (local country import tax and duties may apply).
